The TERÄS stool is a small, colourful seat for any location where you want to create a homely atmosphere featuring stylish, Nordic furniture. The stool is 45 cm high and suitable as seating for the TERÄS table together with the TERÄS chair. It can also be used as a small side table for the TERÄS lounge chair.

The stool is square. It bears the characteristic design detail of the TERÄS range – the long, decorative slit in the seat. In addition, the TERÄS stool features its own design detail in the form of a single footrest cross-bar. It’s easy to find the most comfy sitting position.

The entire TERÄS range is sturdy and durable for both indoor and outdoor use. The materials and design of the range make the furniture suitable for frequent use in all kinds of settings, and maintenance is easy. The furniture is powder-coated steel and aluminium and simply needs wiping down with a damp cloth, regardless of whether it is sited indoors or out.

Stool for schools and institutions

The design of TERÄS lends itself to bright colours. This makes the TERÄS stool ideal for schools, institutions and any setting with people coming and going. It is also possible to choose colours to reflect the particular ambience of restaurants, cafés, museums and other businesses. The metal furniture of the TERÄS range is available in any RAL colour.

The steel components of TERÄS are always hot-dip galvanised before being powder-coated. This provides double protection against rust.

The TERÄS stool has a steel frame and an aluminium seat. The legs form runners and it will therefore not sink into any soft surface, such as grass. The stool is a reasonable weight without being too heavy to move around.

Metal furniture in a modern, Nordic style

The metal stool is part of the TERÄS metal furniture range, featuring a simple design created by Danish design studio VE2.

The range comprises a dining-table-height chair, table, bench and stool. A low-height lounge set, consisting of a lounge table and chair, is also available.

The metal furniture has a lightweight look, yet is durable and robust for outdoor use in urban spaces.
