The BYMUNCH Bench is an item of lounge furniture designed for urban spaces.

It is comfortable to sit on and invites the user to take a short or perhaps longer break. The BYMUNCH Bench is an obvious choice for places such as pedestrian zones or near water, where people might enjoy sitting for awhile.

The design of the BYMUNCH allows you to reverse the positioning of the bench, so it is facing in the opposite direction. This allows you to place several benches together, and give your urban space its own unique look.

The beautiful, curved lines of the design lend themselves to the modern, urban space. Here, the bench’s curved back combined with the mahogany slatting will provide an exciting contrast to the urban space. And the BYMUNCH Bench looks just as good in a natural setting, where the bench’s natural appearance and organic design will harmonise with the nature around it.

The BYMUNCH Bench was designed by the byMunch design studio who specialise in city and landscape architecture. Urban furniture with organic shapes

The ends of the BYMUNCH Bench feature panels that made of 3 mm flattened, hot-dip galvanised steel profiles. The hot-dip galvanising process gives this type of steel a number of advantages: The combination of sturdy steel and hot-dip galvanising gives the product an extremely durable finish. This means that the steel parts of the BYMUNCH Bench actually repair themselves if minor damage occurs and it requires a minimum amount of maintenance. At the same time, the hot-dip galvanisation process helps extend the lifetime of the bench.

The wooden slatting on the BYMUNCH Bench is made of oil-treated, FSC®-certified mahogany. Mahogany is a type of wood that lasts well in outdoor settings with a minimum amount of maintenance. Read more about *the performance and maintenance of our products here*.
