Vildtbanegård, housing association in Ishøj

Vildtbanegård III in Ishøj in Denmark was constructed in 1979-1980. Since then the apartment buildings have been refurbished, and most recently the outdoor areas underwent remodelling in 2018.

The project needed to take into account many different factors. Experiences, seating and security for residents were some of the focal points. Lush garden areas and variation were also incorporated. The emphasis was on use and maintenance.

A stylish combination of standard products, such as the SIESTA table and bench set and the FJORDPARK sun lounger, was put together for Vildtbanegård III.

VALSTED shelters have been paired with low fences with wooden slats, screening off bikes and pushchairs.

CHRISTIAN litter bins, which are very open and easy to access from all sides, together with FJORDPARK ashtrays, make it easy to ensure the grounds are kept neat and tidy.

The remodelling of the outdoor areas was planned by Landskab (Landscape services) at DAB, which manages Vildtbanegård Det Sociale Boligselskab af 29. januar 1946.
