LINN Planter

Design HITSA

The LINN planter from HITSA is attractively designed in corten or hot-dip galvanised steel. The clean and spartan design fits well in any architectural setting, with a rusted look that suits the urban environment.

The planter comes in a standard length of 145 cm. It is 55 cm wide and 47 cm in height. Both the sides and base of the container are made from solid 5 mm steel plate, and it has 30 x 30 mm angled metal feet.

The container comes with drainage holes, so any excess water from watering or rain can drain away, thus ensuring the plants are not standing in water.

A rusted planter for modern urban spaces

The LINN planter is available in corten steel, which has a rusted look. With a planter like LINN the corten steel will be in contact with soil and often be exposed to moisture. Therefore the steel will not be as durable and long-lasting as in dry conditions.

LINN in hot-dip galvanised steel will initially be shiny, and will then weather to a matt finish in a vibrant, mottled shade of grey.

You can also choose to have LINN with a powder coating. This is available in any RAL colour, to coordinate with the surrounding outdoor space.

Whether you opt for a galvanised or powder-coated finish, all the steel components are hot-dip galvanised.

Maintenance-free planter

The LINN range has been designed by HITSA. The concept behind the design was to create a range of urban furniture with a very simple, yet very elegant, look, which would allow it to be used in many different settings.

In addition to the planter, the LINN range consists of a bench, a table and a stool, which can be combined or used individually. You can use the products together in locations such as parks, courtyards or larger outdoor areas, for an attractive, coherent look.

Like the other products in the LINN range, the planter is maintenance-free.
