TERÄS benches and chairs now available with armrests

The simple, colourful metal furniture of the TERÄS range now offers improved seating comfort. Together with VE2, designer of the range, HITSA has developed an armrest as an optional extra for the TERÄS park bench and the TERÄS chair.

Like the rest of the frame, the armrest is made from 8 mm flat steel and provides a harmonious addition to the overall look. It curves from the back to the seat, adding an elegant detail.

At the same time the armrest makes it easier for everyone, no matter their age or physical ability, to get up and down from the seat. TERÄS can be supplied for bolting in place if you want to ensure additional stability for those who require fixed furniture.

The TERÄS range has been designed by Danish design studio VE2. This range of urban furniture has been created for outdoor settings with lots of passers-by. It can naturally also be used indoors. The design lends itself to bright colours, and the range is available in a selection of standard colours, which work well with the Nordic simplicity of the furniture.

The park bench, table, chair and stool are dining-table height, while the lounge chair and table provide a low-height set.
