Welcome to Peter Brøndum Jensen, new CEO of the HITSA Group

Today, Peter Brøndum Jensen takes up his position as CEO of the HITSA Group. He will now take over the task of strengthening both the growth and the sustainable development of the group’s two brands, HITSA and Lampas.

James Steward, CEO of CROWD Group, owner of the HITSA Group, says:

”I knew finding a replacement for Henrik Andersen would be difficult. However, after a very thorough and long process I’m pleased to see Peter Brøndum Jensen take office as the new managing director of HITSA Group. Peter brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge as a commercially minded director who leads not only with his head, but also heart. HITSA Group has a strong successful future ahead and I’m convinced Peter is the right leader, at the right time, to take HITSA Group forward. CROWD Group continue to support HITSA Group in its mission to be the number one supplier of street furniture, bicycle parking and urban lighting throughout Scandinavia.”

Peter Brøndum Jensen brings many years of management experience to the HITSA Group. In addition to management positions in Danish manufacturing companies, he has worked internationally, including four years in Canada. He trained with a focus on marketing and has since supplemented his skills in sales, product development and management. He is looking forward to getting started at the HITSA Group.

“HITSA is an interesting group with a product range that focuses on positive business areas such as cycling infrastructure, urban lighting and aesthetics in public spaces. In addition, the group has been working seriously with sustainability and social responsibility for several years. I find it absolutely motivating to be able to continue this work together wih the employees of the group,” says Peter.

‘I am looking forward to being part of a company with a strong focus on collaborating with architects and creating Danish design. And I am looking forward to the international dimension of working across the CROWD group,’ says Peter.

Peter is 48 years old and lives with his wife Rikke and their four children in Vejle.

Farewell to outgoing CEO Henrik Andersen

Peter Brøndum Jensen replaces Henrik Andersen, who is stepping down as CEO and co-owner of the HITSA Group after 13 years. The last two years of which have been as part of the CROWD Group.

“Henrik is a well-respected director not only within HITSA, but also among his fellow directors throughout the CROWD group. He has for many years contributed tirelessly to the growth of HITSA which in turn also enables the growth of CROWD group. Due to this Henrik has earned the highest level of respect from all that have worked with him,” says James.

Henrik will remain at HITSA and Lampas until the handover to Peter is complete. He will officially step down at the end of March 2026.
